Regular-priced items may be returned for exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Items on SALE are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original cases and with all original tags attached, in excellent condition.
Return Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your return. If approved, we will proceed with the exchange or refund and send you a confirmation email.
Shipping & Customs Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Any customs duties or charges incurred during the return process are also non-refundable and will be deducted from your store credit.
Tip: When completing the customs declaration, label the package as “returned to sender” to avoid unnecessary import charges. If you return your item via courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL), please note that clearance fees may apply and will be deducted from your credit as well.
